DriveSwift provides monitoring as a convenience service only. Users must act quickly on notifications and understand that opportunities may be missed due to technical delays or other users booking available slots first.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you is limited to £10 or the amount you paid in the last 30 days, whichever is less.

We may suspend or terminate your access to DriveSwift at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription through the app store and deleting the app.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
