These Terms and Conditions are directly accessible via Google Play Console and comply with all Google Play requirements and UK law for app policies and user agreements.

1 Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of DriveSwift, a UK driving test monitoring service. By using DriveSwift, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you understand the service limitations and your responsibilities.

2 Service Description

DriveSwift is an automated DVSA monitoring service that:

  • Monitors the DVSA booking system every 5-15 minutes for earlier test slots
  • Sends instant push notifications when earlier dates become available
  • Provides real-time booking status updates
  • Tracks test centre availability for up to 3 centres (Premium plan)

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: DriveSwift is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) in any way. We are an independent monitoring service.

3 Account Registration

To use DriveSwift, you must:

  • Be 16 years of age or older
  • Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence
  • Provide accurate driving licence and theory test certificate numbers
  • Have an existing DVSA driving test booking
  • Maintain the accuracy of your account information

4 Data Security and Compliance

Your data is protected under UK GDPR. We encrypt your driving licence and theory test details, and we never store or access your DVSA login credentials. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

5 Service Limitations and Disclaimers

CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  • NO GUARANTEE: We cannot guarantee that earlier test dates will become available
  • DVSA DEPENDENCY: Our service depends entirely on the DVSA system and other users' cancellations
  • MONITORING FREQUENCY: Check frequency may vary due to technical factors or DVSA system changes
  • NO RESPONSIBILITY: We are not responsible for missed opportunities due to notification delays
  • SYSTEM CHANGES: DVSA may change their booking system at any time, affecting our service

DriveSwift provides monitoring as a convenience service only. Users must act quickly on notifications and understand that opportunities may be missed due to technical delays or other users booking available slots first.

6 Subscription and Payments

Available Plans:

  • Free Plan: Monitor 1 test centre with 15-minute checks
  • Premium Plan: Monitor up to 3 test centres with 5-minute checks
  • • Monthly: £2.99/month
  • • Annual: £14.99/year (Save 58%)

Payment Terms:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually based on your chosen plan
  • Payment processed through App Store or Google Play only
  • Refunds subject to app store policies only - no direct refunds from DriveSwift
  • Cancel anytime through your app store account settings

7 User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading driving licence information
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
  • Share account credentials with other users
  • Circumvent technical limitations or abuse the service

8 Intellectual Property

DriveSwift and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by DealFusion and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

STRONG LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:

DriveSwift is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are NOT LIABLE for:

  • Missed driving test opportunities due to service delays or failures
  • DVSA system changes that affect monitoring functionality
  • Technical failures, notification delays, or service interruptions
  • Costs associated with missed test opportunities or rebooking fees
  • Any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you is limited to £10 or the amount you paid in the last 30 days, whichever is less.

By using DriveSwift, you acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk and understand that driving test monitoring cannot guarantee results.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DriveSwift at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription through the app store and deleting the app.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
